we slept 3days in here. i was very satisfied because stuff is very kind and i ate delicious breakfast. if again i travel da nang, i will stay here chiem hostel.

We stayed for one night in a double room. Very bad staff, no English at all. You weren't able to lock the door and the room had no windows. We told them. (Even that took 15min) and showed them whats the matter. Then they wanted to offer us another room, opened it but all we saw were 3 ladies inside screaming. Apparently other guests he forgot about...nThen they offered us another room which looked like someone just slept there, they sent us outside, made the bed and they said we should come in again.....wow...but afyer a conversation we got new sheets and blabla..nThey shower didnt drain properly - the whole bathroom was one big lake. The balcony door didn't close either and the mattress is as hard if you would be laying on a not so fluffy carpet on the floor...no joke!! Crazy...i didnt know such mattresses exist.nDont stay here, you will save yourself a lot of trouble.nnOnly positive - big rooms, good Wifi and TV, and free MiniBar (6Drinks)

Anyway, it was too late to return, so I decided to just keep it. It seemed like someone was using the toilet and someone kept knocking while using it. After all, the bathroom was shared with the next door. At this time, I get a little annoyed. Instead of not having a refrigerator, I received the water I asked for to freeze in the freezer after about 8 hours of going out, but it was not frozen and not very cool. Eventually, the person who went with me became angry. I felt it from the first day, but there are a lot of staff, but I had to repeat the same thing to see if they didn't communicate with each other, and the female staff hardly spoke English. One male employee tries to be kind to the end.nEven if the price is discounted, the cost of accommodation is not good. The third floor is okay, but if you are assigned a second floor room, I recommend you to think seriously.
