Very friendly staff. Nice and clean facilities. Ideal location for walking around and go to the local markets. A bit far away from the beach (30' walk) but you can rent a motorcycle from the hotel. Good breakfast and around the clock receptionist. 4 stars because the room was a bit small and the aircondition unit was noisy. However, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The view from the pool on the last floor was amazing. If you need a place to sleep and spend the rest of the day out wondering around I totally recommend it.

Staff very friendly, rooms clean and good location. The massage/spa service was excellent! Best massage ever! I recommend the Vietnamese massage with oil. Thank you!

A good choice of hotel when staying in Da Nang. Hotel is in a good position for exploring the river and city. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. There is nothing to make this hotel stand out and in my opinion breakfast was very poor for Western tastes.

I was greeted warmly by the man sitting in the garage area below the building. He took my bags up the stairs to the lobby. Check-in was easy and they allowed me to check into my room at noon since it was ready when I arrived. The room was good for the price that I paid but it was really small and there were no plugs by the desk area. I had to sit in bed to work so I could use the plug by the bed. The breakfast was pretty good the two mornings that I had it and I was always greeted warmly as I entered the dining area.
