An Spa Sauna & Massage

I just called this spa to make an appointment because a local Vietnamese friend had told me there was a discount promotion; but when I called and asked about the promotion, I was told that it was only for local Vietnamese and not for the foreigners. This is clear discrimination and it's ridiculous so obviously I canceled the booking. There is another massage spa that's newly opened called Lush. They have steep discounts which are open to everybody.

A Vietnamese friend told me that this spa had a 50% discount promotion and suggested I call to make to appointment first. This I did and I asked them as a confirmation if they indeed had the 50% promotion.nnThe answer was yes but only for Vietnamese. I have literally gone to hundreds of spas around the world, and I have never witnessed such a thing. Obviously I did not go to this spa. One price for the locals and one price for the foreigners. No...

Phoned up and asked if I could use the Sauna / jacuzzi for an hour. Was told no problem. Got there, payed 200k. Went through to the Sauna area and was notified by a separate member of staff that both the sauna and jacuzzi were not working. Was directed into the steam room. Did 15 minutes. Went through to reception to make a complaint and was left absolutely staggered when they didn't offer a refund or even a discount. Diabolical service.

GOOD MASSAGE BUT.....nGoing with my family members as the Vietnamese and my husband as foreigner.nWe just tips as what we have left, but call the receptionists and ask more tips. The lady cleans up for us advise tip for her as well.nToo much demand for tips makes me feel so uncomfortable even though the massagers did really good.nI think the tips culture is voluntary or because the employees there get paid badly so they need more money.

Perfect place. I don’t remember the last time i was this relaxed. Really clean place and great massage.
