The room is old and not clean but well equipped. I have the same problem with the bathroom door, which still have a small gap, and let the water come out when bathing. Breakfast is underwhelming, and does not have any good food stand or restaurant nearby. I give it 4 stars due to low price.

its a shame to leave a poor review for this hotel as it is modern,well equipped and the rooms are spacious,the place itself is fundamentally dirty,our beds are on wheels but have they have not been cleaned underneath for a long time.The bath has not been fitted against the walls so water gets down this 1 inch gap and is the cause of the strange smell. The grubby lifts and dining room are off putting,the lack of interest and motivation in the staff is so strange to find in vietnamese staff as every other hotel has had wonderful staff....so i can only lay the blame at management level.

service & cleanliness are above average but location is bit far from f&bs. breakfast can be improved

Fantastic view of two important Da Nang bridges from city view room.ngood room cleaning service.ngood roof top bar.nreasonable location for some touristy places... walking distance to Dragon Bridge etc.
