Female staff studied my passport and visa for 2 to 3 minutes like I might be a criminal. I then offered they keep copies of my passport and I keep my passport on my body as I go outside in public and need my ID document. But NO. The female staff thinks she is the police. I requested my money back. I had cycled 135km from Quang Ngai. I had stayed at this nga nghi before. I gussed they were okay but NO. They were trouble. Never offer them your passport. She was horrible to foreigners
