Very lovely stay. Vang and Moon really made the whole experience during lockdown worthwhile. I would recommend the stay anytime. Love you lots guys

i like homestay because it near beach, the room is clean and comfortable

Pros:n- Great value for moneyn- Excellent room conditionn- Sufficient toiletries and towels provided dailyn- Kitchen well provided with full utensils for cooking and microwave oven for quick mealn- Washing machine, laundry detergent, hangers available for freen- Shared balcony with partial sea viewn- Walking distance from the beachnnNeutral:n- Breakfast is not included in typical room rate but available for 50k VND/person with ordering one day advance (one serving, not buffet)n- Restaurants around the neighborhood are more western oriented. Traditional Vietnamese foods are more available in city centrennCons:n- No elevator (Washing machine in top floor, Kitchen in second floor, Balcony in third floor)n- Quite far from city centre (~70-80k VND Grab fare for each trip to the city centre)

Van “the man” and his parents run this place with loving care and make you feel like you are home. Always helpful, courteous and smiling...truly made my stay in wonderful Da Nang that much better. Great location and neighborhood...everyone seems to cone by and have a sit and chat out front which allows one to meet people from Da Nang but also guests from all over.
