Comfort obsessed hotel!nnI stayed in the appartment for the 4 months and I loved it. It’s most cozy hotel that I ever stayed.nnStaff are very friendly and speaks English. And happy to help you with any request like get an extension cable or a table.nnThey have a small gym so you can workout on a smith machine or with dumbbells.nnLobby is nice so you can stay there with you laptop and get some coffee or juice.nnWiFi is 40 Mbit and stable.nnPretty quite place.nnTotally recommend it for a long term staying.

Wonderful! Clean, kind, luxurious. Staff are incredible - they ordered GrabFood for us and brought it to our room/rooftop pool, hotel has bicycles for use, whenever we're waiting in the lobby they make us drinks: iced tea or dragon fruit smoothies. Mini gym and pool area are clean with clean towels for use. Absolutely love this place.

Loved the place, the staff, the food. The generosity and care for their guests. The owner and the staff are very helpful, supportive and polite. The property is well maintained and clean. I would really recommend a stay.

FABULOUS hotel, service and very attentive to details. Staying at Moon Hotel is an experience in itself. First this family owned hotel has been phenomenal at welcoming us. Not only the breakfast and food/fruits are delicious but the quality of the facility and the rooms was above expectations. We initially planned to stay one night and go to HOI AN the next day but decided to extend our stay. This hotel is a must in your travel to Vietnam.

They are doing a really good job here. The rooftop pool is fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do need to get the bar and the restaurant up and functional, though. There was also a porcelain/glass type shampoo bottle in the tub that I accidentally dropped and they made me pay for, which I thought was silly. I mean don't put an unbelievably slippery, breakable item at the floor of a shower...nnSo there are things to improve, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
