Nice comfortable place. I checked in late and the watchman was the only person and nobody at reception. Initially he refused to let me in but I convinced him after much trial (language was an issue) and checked in. It was supposed to be a 24 hours checkin when I booked

I was looking for the cheapest private rooms in Da Nang and this one caught my attention, happens to be in My An ward, arguably the nicest area in the city since all the good bars and hostels are here so it's best to meet people, nice places to eat around the corner as well.nOnce I arrived I was surprised by how nice the place was, they even had an outdoor space where you could hang out, no issues with the room, towels included and AC worked properly.nDefinitely a no brainer to stay here, in terms of quality/price its unbeatable and the staff were also very welcoming.

Nice and friendly staff but communication can be an issue if you don't speak Vietnamese.

I booked through AirBNB and so I was disappointed that the description there didn't really match the hotel.nNegatives:nShower not suitable for anyone over 165cm (I'm 176)nQueen bed was two singles joined together.nAlthough there is a tv in the room, I don't think anyone has been able to comfortably watch it for more than 5 minutes (shallow padded bench seats)nPoor water pressurenPositives:nThey do a decent breakfastnQuietnNice staff.
