Waterbean Coffee Danang

Nice place but almost no customers... Maybe lack of communication and quite expensive drinks compared with local market. They can improve a lot if they want to keep that rate and bring good vibes to customers.

Good view overall, confortable place for work and relaxing. The coffee has a good quality. The only thing make me unhappy is that the fish pool was so dirty...nThe price also quite high compared to other coffee shop :)

First the bad.nnOne star off because the power outlets were only two pronged. If you're going to cater to upscale clientele such as freelancers, make sure you have three pronged outlets.nnI won't take any stars off for these other critiques because I went to the cafe on its opening week. I was disappointed they didn't have soy milk even though it was on the menu (and they charge extra for it). I was also surprised with how chaotic the staff was constantly contradicting each other and giving me bizarre instructions. Like I was asked to smell some coffee that they thrust between some other patrons at the counter. I didn't want to bother the other people so I just settled with the first bean they showed me. Another thing was that the upstairs area was a little bit too warm to work comfortably and the back room smelled like cigarettes but wasn't labeled the smoking room.nnThen the good.nnThe coffee is really high quality. I got the chemex with the Ethiopian beans. They really paid attention to the quality of the coffee. The chairs upstairs were comfortable and the tables were the right height for me to work (though they could do with some variety in height because I know my friends had a hard time working at their table). The staff manager was friendly and attentive.nnOverall I really like Waterbean and I'm glad it's here in Danang. If they fix these problems and install three pronged outlets I will raise my rating to a five.
