This hostel is exceptional. Great location right near the river and also beach. Absolutely fantastic food and great coffee friendly welcoming atmosphere. Dorm is private with curtains no squeaky beds here just lovely beds where you feel private. Obviously newly built everything is great. Staff are all lovely too.

Very comfortable, and very lovely location. The room was clean, cozy, and we felt very welcomed. My husband and I were there for 2 nights, but I wish we had more time to enjoy the great place. We’ll come back.

The new owners are really trying to upgrade all the facilities and are doing a good job. The rooftop is fantastic. Enjoy the riverside sunset. They have a new kitchen with fridge. The dormitories are ample, good aircon, private lockers, light and your own little fan. Bathrooms are clean and have separate showers. At night the area is peaceful. Daytime unfortunately you have road noise but that is everywhere in the city. The private rooms are large and also have their own fridge. You have motorbike and laundry service.

Good location, very clean (they clean the bathroom constantly), comfortable room, good service, very tasty food (breakfast is not included) and very good location.

Hostel 1986 is a great place to stay (the next time I return to Da Nang, I will definitely book this place). The location was convenient, the staff was very enthusiastic and they showed me a lot of great local places, taking me to eat at a great local seafood restaurant. The room is very nice and spacious - the Han River is in front and a great landmark of this hostel.
