I called them to ask if the mall has opened and they said yes. I drove 17km and back for nothing. Very annoying. Half a year ago they say 'opening soon'..... Yeah, sure. I think they need another 6 months or so to be able to open. It's just matter of opinion what 'soon' means.

We decide to visit the mall during a rain, but for our surprise the center is not working yet - still in construction. We have paid 10 usd for nothing.
