Have been working out here for the past several days. Day pass is only 20K VND. Yes, older equipment but they work fine. 3 different rooms: free weights, weight machines, and a upstairs cardio with treadmill and cross trainer. No A/C just fans which is OK during the winter months. Appears to be a family run operation.

Great value, and for a small gym it is quite well equipped.nSet on two floors, the lower floor has the majority of heavy weights and machines, upper floor has three good treadmills and a variety of other equipment.nNo aircon, but there are fans situated in useful places.nBring your own sweat towel, and water
