Worst experience every in a spa. My massage therapist was on the phone or checking her phone 25% of the time. She put hot stones ony back, which I never asked for, but thought at the time was interesting. Once I got back to the hotel, I noticed she burned my back and now 4 day later I still have a burn mark and a blister. Never go there!
