Nice air-conditioned weights and machines room, with two big racks and plenty of free weight stuff and machines. Often messy, with weights and bars left lying around. Reception staff are ok, but not particularly welcoming.

A basic 6 lane 25m pool.n50k entry fee per visit (just swimming).nThey have a gym too but I didn't even have a look at it.nChanging rooms and free lockers available.

One of the nicer gyms in the area, the staff is nice as well. The problem with the management here is that they overly nice to the point where they refuse to monitor the gym. Someone's on the only elliptical for 2.5 hours? No problem.nnMachine is broken? No problem.nnI wont renew and I know others that wont either. I made the mistake of buying a multi month package. Learn from me.

Good overall facilities and friendly helpful staff especially for Vietnam. Locker room is too small and cramped.

Great gym, definitely to expensive for what you get. But compared to how cramped the local gyms can be this is worth it for a good quality workout. Has 2 squat racks and a deadlift zone.nnBe prepared to spend most of your workout removing other people's weights as no one here understands proper gym etiquette and leaves weights on all the equipment and bars.....nnOther then that, nice staff and location. Will come back.
