It is the best equipped gym in Thai Binh city both in terms of cardio and weight machines, the Gym is generally western standard.nnThe reception staff is friendly. Free parking in the building. Membership cost vary depending on length of the contract, but is reasonable considering the equipment, facilities (locker room, showers, towels, etc) and present personnel, including cleaning staff.nnThere are times when the gym is busier, but it’s easy to pick a time where it is not, mid morning, lunch time to early afternoon, or Sunday morning.nnWhen signing up, make sure the terms of the contract is clear, for example no one asked me if I wanted a 6 or 12 month contract, they just assumed that perhaps I wasn’t going to be around that long, and without being able to explain that, ended up having some issues which in the end were resolved.nnI would recommend the gym.nnOut of privacy of others, I have no pictures to share.
