Cozy room, convenient location, super friendly staff & crazy affordable price - what more can you ask for!

This was by far the best accommodation we had in our two weeks around Vietnam, from Saigon - Hue - Hoi An - Da Nang. The rate was something you wouldn't expect anything near comfort nor convenient nor quality. It was off peak season (October 8 - 10), so when we booked the triple room, I was a bit hesitant bec the rate is so low, I was thnking that I might be sacrificing a lot of comfort that I almost cancelled it and was thinking of booking another property, but it was a bit hard to find a room or unit with 3 single beds in Da Nang (we're 3 guys) so I gambled, anyway it was a small amount of money. We arrived at the place, great location, stone-throw away from the head side of the dragon bridge which lights at night, and at the back of the boulevard, so literally half minute walk to the river, plenty of restaurants, clean area. We arrived early at Benzen Boutique Stay but we were immediately greeted upon arrival and instantly accommodated. The triple room is surprisingly beyond my expectation, the photos online do not give justice to the actual place. The size of the 3 single beds are more like semi-double beds each with own curtains for semi privacy from your own companions which I really like. The besheets ate immaculate white, duvet (not fleece blanket). Airconditioned works good. It was lovely!nnSofa seating outside the room, with throw pillows, coffee table, some nice paintings, mirror, wash basins, bathroom kits, the bathroom was spanking clean, with towels.nnOur room is on the first floor above the lobby. It is a family owned and staffed, they were so friendly and very hospitable, real Vietnamese hospitality.nnIt was reasonably inexpensive, so unbelievably low for what a guest would get that it is embarassing for me to say the rate we paid.
