Wonderful, kind, helpful staff. Room service was excellent. I had one of the best lemongrass chicken dish I've ever had.

Our big fail for Vietnam trip is staying in Danang Riverside Hotel.nnWe stay for 5 nights 4 hotels.nBrilliant, Mercure Bana Hill, Maximilan and Danang Riverside 2 nights.nnThis hotel is oldest in our list. Many point was broken.n1. Water potn2. Refrigerator is too old and not cold.n3. Toilet door cannot lockn4. Baht is dirty and not fixn5. Window cannot lock.n6. Lighting is not completelyn7. Air conditioning is oldn8. Breakfast is not interestingn9. ....nnTotal difference with their photo in every website.nnAlmost there customer are tour groups.nSo they cannot choose.nI just want to share our bad experiences for tourists who can choose hotel.nnIn Danang have so many hotel. But we just want to stay at near dragon bridge. So we choose this hotel.nnBut actually, other hotel are not so far from that bridge.nnการตัดสินใจพักที่โรงแรมนี้ เป็นความผิดพลาดอันใหญ่หลวงของเราในทริปนี้เลยnเราพักที่ดานัง 5 คืน กับ 4 โรงแรม ซึ่งโรงแรมนี้ เราพัก 2 คืน เป็นความซวยอย่างมากที่ตัดสินใจพลาดเลือกโรงแรมนี้nnโรงแรมนี้เก่ามาก มากจนคิดว่าไม่น่าเอามาต้อนรับนักท่องเที่ยวnภายในห้องเก่า และโทรม สภาพห้องน้ำตามรูปเลยnnถ้าต้องเลือกโรงแรมเอง รีบหนีไปใช้ที่อื่นซะnเราเตือนท่านแล้ว

On our stay, we are requesting to supply extra pillows of 4 but only 2 is given. This is funny as there is no additional cost incurred for this request. Not sure why the request cannot be fulfilled?????

Arrive at very late night & depart early next morning. Just notice crowded with tourist. Longer time waiting the elevator. Near Danang Night Market & Dragon show near the bridge.nThe breakfast box good enough.
