They even have a 45 degree leg press in there. They'll probably do you a deal if you're staying around for more than a few days as well, not that you really need a deal on £1.70 a workout!

This is actually a decent gym. 3 fixed flat bench press, 2 incline, 1 decline. One squat rack. Only a couple of free benches and one set of dumbbells at each weight but wasn’t a problem as it didn’t get too busy either time I was in there. Free drinking water too which was a bonus. 50k entry fee.

things are mostly good, nice equipments, not a busy place. If they can have a better music in the morning I will give 5 stars

THE gym place to go in My An. New airco, equipment, clean, free towel and water (tap filter) all for a day pass of 50k. They also offer #visits cards, monthly rates and good discounts if you sign up with more then 1 person. As usual in small places avoid the peak hours as it cramps up then.
