I ordered ice lemon tea no sweet no sugar but they make one for me with sweet that I think from syrup. I asked them to make sure and to change because it was obviously sweet to me. They denied to help so I just sadly walk to my seat and couldn’t drink it. Just felt bad about money I spent for what I got.

Clean, especially I just love the outside area in front of the store. However the price is too high!!! I can’t believe they have such price for Vietnamese market. There’s no reason people choose Starbucks over local coffee shop chains like Highlands or The Coffee House which is much cheaper and better taste. I don’t think Starbucks will be successful in Vietnamese market.
