Da Nang Luxtery Hotel

The hotel was very neat and clean. The room was big and very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel had a restaurant at the top floor which had a very amazing view of the city. The hotel also had a swimming pool at the top floor which was very good. The buffet breakfast menu was very good and food quality was also very good. However the restaurant was not not fully functional and regular items like burger was not available. The staff was friendly and cordial though they should try to improve English.

Overall a good hotel, with a few drawbacks.nnThe hotel is very clean and the hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Very comfortable beds and nice pillows.nnHowever, not the best breakfast for western taste, with plenty of options in terms of local dishes.nnWe found the hotel to be a little bit noisy. Very thin walls and doors, you could easily hear the hotel staff or by passers talk.nnWiFi was a big problem in our room, with extremely unstable connection, it turned off and on every 5 min.nnAnother problem we had was the safety box which was broken, and we could not get help to get it fixed, because of language barriers. They were not able to understand English, which resulted in them just confirming that it was broken and then leaving the room, and not coming back.nnWe can still recommend this hotel, given its price.

Good hotel, has many pros but some cons.nEverything was fine but a noisy, the free breakfast food is mediocre, my room bathtub did not work
