Good view to Danang city. The path to the peak is really enjoyable.

It would have been nicer when the sky is clear. It's important to check the weather and AQI before you come. Also, you need a manual motorbike to get here. If you drive automatic one, you can pay 100K VND at the check point to rent a manual motorbike.

READ THIS!!! Wanted to go to the top for the view. At the checkpoint they didn’t allow us to pass cause we use the automatic motorbike (scooter) :( really disappointing. I wish we would have known before. So if you go there rent a manual or half manual motorbike.

NOTE: automatic bikes are not allowed past the checkpoints. You must have a manual or semi-auto bike so that you can engine brake on the steep descents. Also the inland route from the peak to the intercontinental is one-way only from west to east. Great views at the top but slightly obscured by trees in places. Narrow and steep roads in places not great for inexperienced riders.
