NADI YOGA DA NANG

I am a Canadian living in Danang for a few months, super happy to have found this place. Although I speak no Vietnamese, I have done for yoga a few years and that is more than enough to follow along. The classes are wonderful and it's so cool how hands on the instructors are. I've done a few positions I didn't even know of or that I could do with their amazing help (major bonus: thanks to the friendly social atmosphere, other yogis took pics of me in the funky positions, and I'm thankful for those photographed memories.. And proof lol) . It's an incredible environment. I paid 450,000vnd for a months pass that gives me 3 classes a week, which works out to less than $2.50 cdn for a class. (or 100,000vnd for one drop in class, which is always an option). Anyway. 10/10. You can message them on facebook for their schedule, they responded to my English questions. Mats there. Water there. Go for it! Enjoy :)

Yoga is more than expected in Danang.nnI found some places to do yoga, but the drop in class cost (100,000 dong) was higher than other places. Well, it was like 2,000 won for Korean money. It is not a class for westerners who often come to play at a resort, but it is a yoga center where local people go mainly. I was not inconvenienced to answer in English if I had any questions about the class with a Facebook message.nnThe male lecturer listened to Hata class in Vietnamese, but strangely, language did not become a stumbling block. I am also good at English, so it is also my sense to fix my posture in English only! Hands temperature was good and ten times more happiness than when the body was released and the massage was received during the trip. Your professional guidance was very impressive.n nFor reference, the top of the building looks like a home.
