It is a very nice enclosed area, with a lot of construction happening now. There are many different stores and different places inside here. I saw more hotels, salons, souvenirs, and a swimming pool. And signs for coffee shops in the future. I think this place will be great in the future with alot to do very near. Mer Villa itself had some nice spacious rooms, nice restrooms, and a nice staff. They had free breakfast and coffee each morning. Each room had AC, but my room didn't have any fans, and no microwave. But I did have a stove top, kettle for boiling water, and a fridge. I'd stay here again. And I think it will just become nicer with more time. The only bad thing is people outside working are loud very early in the morning.
