We booked a hotel room three days prior to arriving in Da Nang, arrived with our confirmation, only to turn up and find out that the hotel has no room.nNo explanation or reason was given, we were just turned away.nNo help was given by the hotel to find an alternative, apart from a WiFi password.nPlease do not waste your time booking with this hotel unless you are happy to possibly be left without a bed for the night. Avoid!
