I can't forget the bright smiles of all the staff and the friendly and kind people greet me.nI didn't expect much because it was cheap, but the clean room, breakfast, was really good.nThere was a check-in error, but they acted quickly.nI really liked it because it was quiet and I could see the sea in just five minutes.nThe Vietnamese restaurant recommended by the lobby staff was also very delicious.nI first visited Danang, Vietnam, but the most memorable place is the hotel.nNext time I go to Danang, I will visit this hotel.

I thoroughly loved my stay at the Hoang Linh Dan hotel, the front desk personnel were so helpful friendly and genuinely interested in how I was especially Quen and Hanna who gave me special personal attention whenever I needed it, resolving every concern and taking care of anything i need, they upgraded me to a higher floor and the view was spectacular, the room is very comfortable clean quiet and it was such an easy relaxing and enjoyable experience, probably the best I've had in Vietnam so far and I have traveled quite long and extensively, I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it, also the thing I loved about it was that it was mainly locals and even the tourists were locals so it was a real authentic and pleasurable place to stay, I ate at the most amazing little cafe which is also the living room of the owner, she cooks in her little kitchen and it was if I were a guest in her home, many times her daughters would come downstairs pick something from the kitchen and go out or back up like I was getting first hand interaction with the family their home is superbly decked out with amazing family pictures and everything was so yummy, that was simply the best way to enjoy a meal in Da Nang!!nnI encourage visitors to walk the small little alley ways behind the hotel get lost and sit in a local cafe or owners kitchen they will give you the best and most memorable experience money can buy

Hotel has now been renamed Ocean View Hotel...looks quite newly renovated and room was quite nice..but since Da Nang is not optimized for tourism, the hotels location is quite far from main tourist beaches, food and entertainment. Redeeming qualities are that there are a number of local seafood restaurants to the left and right. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast which offers some local specialities. Was a bit irked that the waitress was quite stingy and would not allow filling of coffee mug and insisted I drink out of small cup Coffee was cold and when I asked for hot, was put in microwave.
