Don't go here - we had almost the same experience as the other reviewer. Once we get here, the place is closed. We have to ask at the neighbouring hotel for a phone number to call them (the one on Google Maps isn't correct). They tell us to go to the Phu My Long.nWe also had a room with fungi. They didn't even try to get us breakfast, instead we had to pay for it ourselves. All in all, you get a worse room and a worse service for your money. Just don't do it

Can't recommend this place. We booked a room with 4 beds and breakfast at la Merci hotel but we were told that there is an AC defect. We got moved to Phu My Long hotel. The room there was very average (fungus on the ceiling). After walking to La Merci to find a better solution, it turned out that the place was completely shut. Nobody to talk to, only available on the phone. We weren't able to change the booking, the booking amount already got charged. Quite disappointing.nLuckily the sweet lady at the Phu My Long reception provided us with nice Vietnamese breakfast.
