There's an impressive array of military vehicles on the grounds outside of the museum. The museum itself was unfortunately closed for renovation and seemed to have been closed for some time. Nevertheless, the tanks, missiles, soviet era fighter jets and boats were fairly well preserved. If you're interested in viewing just these relics, then it's worth a visit.
