Good place to study and work!

The female receptionist on the ground floor was very unhelpful and condescending. Hope she can do her job more responsible in the future. Based on other readers' reviews, we find that we're not the only people who experienced bad attitude from the staff. It is a public library but we were denied access to the room which have computers! Disappointing.

I will choose a non-star choice if I can. 1 star for good-but-seem-like-never-being-maintained faculties. Customers are seriously lack of profession and intimacy. Never come back.
