My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel's staffs were friendly but most of them didn't speak English. We had to use google translate to communicate whenever we need help. We went to Ba Be's town to eat dinner for the first night and order food at the hotel's restaurant for the second night. It was more convenience for us to dine in. Nothing to complain about during our stay.nnWe visited Ba Be Lake and explored several caves. The scenery was beautiful however we saw many trash at the Lake and caves. Please keep the environment clean, people!nnWe had a successful trip, so highly recommended to visit Ba Be lake and stay at Ba Be Resort.

Very bad resort. We left within two hours because the room was very old and dirty. And the restaurant and spa were closed. And near the resort there are no other restaurants.nThere was really nobody exept us... There were two young guys and they didn't speak a word English. …
