My room was nice and big with a fridge, AC, fan, private bath and cable TV; no screens on the windows though.nAs seems to be typical in Vietnam, the mattress was extra, extra firm.nThe walls were generally grubby with lots of marks and stains. The bathroom also looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in years and seemed to have been neglected for a long time.nThe staff were nice and friendly and quickly got the problem with the air conditioning straightened out.nThere was no sound insulation from the hall (and no carpeting there) so I was woken up by people talking there.
