We went to HANOI URBAN ENVIRONMENT ENGINEERING CO., LTD via the Google website with the demand of the family's toilet tank because of the error of 1 plus small wires of about 3mm with falling plastic. When an employee comes to our house to inform us, it is absolutely not quoteable if the fee will be calculated in meters of 450,000 VND / 1m. Until, the staff only uses the catheter and within 10 minutes is done (very simply according to my family's observation), the total cost of the family I have to pay is VND 5,400,000 with the following: 450,000 x 12m (up to 12m). This is an unreasonable number and SCAM. We will answer this issue to the Police to prevent this scam and inform other customers to avoid these frauds.
