Terrible customer service. They organised a delivery time, only to call after that time and say the item we had purchased was now out of stock. Notified that it was going to be at least another week before delivery. Staff bizarrely tried to put the blame on me. Going into the office tomorrow to get my money back. Will be shopping elsewhere!

Poor after-sale service. Bep EU newspaper spoilers, you appointment the next day. The next day, it was not time to call back to call it due to the company, asking customers to contact the company themselves. In general the service is extremely poor.

Staff are very enthusiastic and friendly, will recommend to friends.
