I came to the VCB office on Thuy Khue street when there were about 8 customers waiting. There were 6 staff sitting at the 6 counters but only 3 working with customers. While doing their job, they chatted, laughed, talked loudly like at their home. When there were only 4 customers left, they stopped calling customers' number to the counters. They sent messages, did phone calls, they did their personal stuff. They saw the customers like dead fish. Only until I questioned a senior staff who passed by if they were still working, they came back to work with customer. The senior staff sitting behind them seemed blind because they didn't know what their junior ones were doing. They looked very unprofessional and I was dispointed with their service.
