Normally I don't write negative reviews, as English is not my native language, so I meant no disrespect towards the owner(I even said this), I tried asking for information on starting something like this. The owner just brushed it off and was very disrespectful about it. I am just a young man trying to find business opportunities. I feel disrespected and I guess that is a reason why I write this review. Also I asked about his car, which I thought was cool, but the owner joked about this also. Not recommending going here if you want any kind of service. Just because you do not know me, doesn't mean you should disrespect me like this. I feel upset with your attitude.

Friendly and helpful staff! I wish the weather was nicer when I was in Hanoi because a good bit of their common area is outside. Also the locker was big enough to fit my entire suitcase and backpack inside!

Nice location for a more relaxed stay. Friendly staff. Dorm fairly clean and in fair condition. Friendly staff and decent bar.

It was fine. We arrived and they hadn’t got our bed ready. WIFI wasn’t great, my bed lamp didn’t work, the toilets were cramped and two were shared between 21 people. They charge you for water bottle refills. The breakfast included is just tea/coffee and coco pops.

The beat hostel is hanoi. Great location, friendly staff and the place is super clean. The rooms are always cool with good AC. Honestly a great place for the price!
