TOO DISAPPOINTED!!!nnI am an extremely easygoing person in shopping and this is also the first time I think I really have to write and rate 1 star for the shop.nnI bought 3 pairs of shoes at the shop before and I ordered a pair of shoes on the shop on February 18 and got a notification that in mid-March the shoes would be coming back. On March 17, I texted and asked the shop shop because of the disease so I will be late. I understand and think that the general situation even though until April 1, Vietnam will have a social isolation order. On April 21, I did not ask the rep, the shop did not rep and on April 23, they answered that the shoes arrived in Saigon and were being shipped to Hanoi. On 6/5, ie 2 WEEKS AFTER I asked, the shop owner informed that the goods were at the border to confirm and unload for disinfection ??? Accompanied by confirmation that I will receive the goods that week. Ok, I try to wait. On May 9, I asked if the shop is still available, if not, I will ask the manager to call me. Well, I will wait. Until the next afternoon when I said why no one contacted me, I didn't reply in the morning and didn't really want to make it bigger. Shortly after, the new manager contacted her and reported that her shoes were missing :) :) :). She gave me 2 options: 1 is to refund the deposit, 2 is the shop will put it back for me and exactly 2 weeks later, there will be goods, also for yourself. I chose option 2 because I really like those shoes and also want to put my trust in the LAST TIME shop. 2 weeks later (on the 14th of May), I called the manager and she informed me of the goods but because of the number of staff who need to check the goods, I should make an appointment for me to wait another week until the weekend to pay (is 30 or 31 / 5). And finally, there is NO GOODS AND NO GOODS. Shop guaranteed to do, make sure the goods return exactly 2 weeks to do when in reality it is not. Waiting for so long really made me impatient and this time I stopped taking the stake. But it is still a promise, on Monday the accountant will return and explain that that day is Sunday DC Transfer DC. I waited until after 6pm, no one contacted and no one transferred, I called myself to the manager. Finally, after 30 minutes, I received it. If I do not call, did not mention the shop did not know how to actively do it :).nnPut the shoes after 3 and a half months is still not on, but still answered crooked, continuous reasons. I was really tired and frustrated with what I experienced with the shop.
