This his an honest review of this store and my experience. Their communication is horrible, I had to go the shop 3 times in order to get my headphones. The first time I got there, they were closed and when I phoned the shop, he said he wasn’t open and it was still quite early in the afternoon and I was just told to leave it at the neighbours. The next day, I phoned them again to check if they had gotten my headphones and they said they forgot to pick them up. On day 3, they asked me to come over and check the headphones, once I got there, they were closed because an employee asked to go home early. On the 4th day, I got there and the product looked great. They replaced the the frame of my headphones with new ones but however my main problem was with the cushion replacement. I only used them for 1 day, and it already started to fall off already. I paid quite an expensive amount to get them fixed and the product I got back was so poor. It’s rather disappointing
