The quality of the staff is very good, but the important thing about the Bank is the way of calculating interest; they deceived customers into making MasterCard cards and calculated exorbitant profit, from VND 80,000 in less than 1 year to nearly VND 10 million.nCustomers need to read the contract carefully to avoid being fooled into opening the card!
