This place is like any other places in the farm/villages. The only reason I'm giving them a 2 star is because their services in Ho chi Minh is so terrible. Once you purchase their ticket they just point where your bus is, and there's around 12 Phuong Trang buses leaving at the same time. Awhile asking around their staff just walk pass you and pretend like they dont have a mouth to talk, they just point. One staff member points one direction while another points the other way, none of them seem to know what they were doing. In Vietnam it's easy to take your money but their services is next to nothing. No respect, no appreciation, no work ethics what's so every.nnThere's a saying in America that the customer is always right (not always true but we'll go along with it for argument sake), well not in Vietnam, they treat customer like dog doo doo, once they receive your money they change 180 degree and walk all over you. Not all people in Vietnam is like this, just 99% of them are.
