Dirty houses and smelly toilet

Rooms are spacious, clean, straight view of the town center, full service, barbecue garden and lots of outdoor play spaces. Only dissatisfied little about the room vs (broken pipes, rust, details outside rusty stairs and dust). The location is a bit far from TT so traveling is quite expensive and time-consuming (4-seater car takes VND 100,000, 7 seats takes VND 150k) but if you have the means, it is not a big problem. Villa also has room for 2 cars in the garage, outdoors is comfortable. In summary, except for a few small details, this is a worthy point.
