Dong Dao Communal House is located next to Highway 2C, the road to Tam Duong and Son Duong. In the past, it belonged to Van Hoi commune, Hoi Ha district, Yen Lac district, Tam Doi district, Son Tay town, often called Tam Duong Fork. Now is Dong Tam ward, Vinh Yen city, Vinh Phuc province. On January 5, 1993, Dong Dao Communal House was granted by the People's Committee of Vinh Phu Province with a provincial-level historical-cultural relic. On 12/2/1994, more than a year later, Dong Dao communal house was honored to receive the certificate of recognition of national cultural and historical relics by the Ministry of Culture.
