Yes, all the reviews are true! Ruby, her husband and two daughters are a lovely family that make you feel at home. Very beautiful, modern rooms overlooking a great pool that is very refreshing. Ruby has a lot of local knowledge. There is a billiards table too and it was great to play with Ruby's husband. Some Vietnamese people came to stay and they invited me to their party, so kind and friendly. It's a peaceful area and there is a free bike for cycling to the many tourist attractions. The breakfast was lovely too. I can't thank Ruby enough.

Excellent little home-stay in a quiet location. We stayed during the mid-March 2020 lock-down and were delighted to be welcomed to stay on after our initial reservation expired at the resort by the family, despite them needing to officially close.nnThe hospitality was top class and we were encouraged to make ourselves at home. We were treated to a special home cooked meal by the male owner and his teaching colleagues/friends, which was superb and a delicious local experience to remember.nnThe lady owner was exceptionally kind and helpful. We really couldn't have asked for better hosts. We will certainly stay again if we return to Ninh Binh and highly recommend this genuinely helpful and welcoming family who have good hearts.nnThe accommodation was great value. The room was clean, spacious, well lit, overlooking the pool and very comfortable. The location is about a mile from the center of Tam Coc, which means it is quiet, close to countryside and a 10 minute cycle to most restaurants, although there are some along the way too. We liked a cheap local lunch spot just a few minutes away.nnMotorbikes and bicycles are available, plus our hosts arranged our onward bus tickets for much less than the booking offices in town. We highly encourage you to consider staying with this fantastic family at their well run little resort. You can expect great value, quality accommodation and friendly hosts.

We stayed 3 nights there and everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood and about 20 minutes walking to Tam Coc.

What an awesome stay!!!! Tam CocCharming bungalows was full so they recommended us this place instead for the same price! A beautiful new place! The host was really really nice, new, and clean, and everything was perfect!!! We are so happy with our stay! Would definitely come back!! 5/5

Lovely family, great facilities, bike/motorbike rental and a short ride away from town. The owner was so sweet she puts a lot of love into her Homestay, one day she even invited my partner and I to have lunch with her famjly.
