Exceptional homestay.nThe room was clean and everything seemed new.nThe host who spoke very good English went above and beyond assisting with 4am check-in and 6am check-out.nThe breakfast was delicious. Location was great. Free bicycle use. Great wifi.

Fantastic! Rooms are brand new, clean and big, every detail is great and make me think of a 5 star customer service, like giving an umbrella because it was raining, sheer curtains to have privacy and light, putting new bottles of water every day (my first time in 2 weeks in homestays in Vietnam, usually they give you water only at check in), daily cleaning and towels change, excellent aircon with heat mode too, beddings are comfortable, mirror in the room, fan, bathroom super clean with great ventilation, body soap, shampoo, kettle, coffee, tea, good yellow light for evening and bed reading. Good breakfast with choice. But the best is the hospitality of the owner family, they are lovely and do their best to make you feel comfortable and welcome. We love our stay there. Location is perfect too. From my 2 weeks in Vietnam, for the price, this place is my favourite! It's better in real than on the photos!

Brand new homestay. Minh's family made our stay there wonderful. The breakfast was the best we had in Vietnam. Pretty near to tam coc lake,the rooms were very quiet,and have very good facilities; the terrace was also another plus point. Minh took care of us at every moment,his reccomendations were also very useful. Laundry service was impecable and he also managed us the motorbikes we hired there. If we come back to Tam Coc,I will accomodate with Minh's family without hesitation
