A fantastic place to stay at. A home far away from home. The owner Tam and Nhung treated us as their son and daughter and had always recommendations for us. Arrangement of bikes and motorcycle was easy.nWe also tried some fruits of their garden which they offered cooked for us freshly.nHighly recommendable and the best place we stayed at until now during our Vietnam trip. Super clean and well maintained place

The room was beautiful and the balcony had a great view to relax in the evening.nThe owner was really friendly and helped us with planning the tour around ninh binh. He also booked a bus for our travel to phong nha. Easily the best homestay I've been so far in Vietnam.

Homestay very quiet, very clean, very comfortable room. With the boss smiling and always ready to help (motorcycle rental, bus ticket, information of all kinds) this is one of the best accommodation we found during our stay in Vietnam. Not to be missed under any circumstances.☺
