Room was dirt cheap but absolutely lovely. Felt pretty luxurious and most importantly, spotlessly clean. Bath tub, robe, swimming pool & fridge. Good location, very slightly out of town away from the noise. Owner friendly - she initially requested to keep our passports but was amenable to giving them back seeing my reluctance. Really recommend.

Totally worth it! The host is very nice and friendly. They can help with whatever you may need, scooters, bus tickets, tours and so on. The accommodation is new and it has all the facilities you need. Totally recommend!

Beautiful homestay with a lovely and helpful staff. Everything was perfect. You can rent a scoot and book a shuttle for the airport.

soothing and calm environment with spacious luxury rooms....hosts are very polite and courteous.....food was delicious......close to all major attractions in ninh binh....
