Hoalu Ecolodge Homestay

Terrible- do not stay here! We booked online for garden view room-was about $25 and when we arrived to check in they took us to a small room with no windows at all and was dirty with roaches in it! They didn’t even want to give us a discounted rate!! We were so frustrated- how can u fully book and then when u go to check in they “give ur room away”!!! Then they don’t even have a comparable room to give for the same price! Let alone put you in a room that is advertised as cheaper and then they don’t honor that advertised rate!! This place is an Avoid Avoid place!! Plenty of other options around here where I’m sure this won’t happened and if it does it is handled correctly!! Terrible experience!! Great place to get away from city life. Not to far by scooter. Good breakfast and pool. Friendly staff works hard day and night.

Lovely place in a great location. Loved the pool, the permaculture farm, the staff, and the family dinners ! We met so many amazing people there. Just take it easy with the rice wine ;)

Great place with good prices. We used a dorm. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. Maybe after some bad reviews they changed their way but for sure they were very carrying. Food was delicious and portions were very big.

Love this place! Very affordable, helpful staff who can speak English. One of the best in the area!
