- Needed to fix the electricity ourselves = not safen- Light wasnt working in the room = how is that possible!?n-AC didn’t work(we tried several times)n- Tv wasn’t good enough to actually watch something - pointlessn- Light on the hallway wasnt working as well - Everything superdark - cant find your own roomn- Staff dindt attempt to communicate We dont mind if you dont speak English but at least communicate in some way with your guests about how things work (or not work)nnWe came in soaking wet from the rainstorm and they just gazed at us, laughed a bit and gave us a WET face tissue after ten minutes WHY!?)nnAfter all these complains NO discount or refund of any kindnnThe price of the room was WAY TO HIGH for what we got, regrettable...nnPlease don’t stay here ❌

Ks is cool, clean rooms. Near the market just near the sea. The staff is enthusiastic, fun and attentive.

The hotel is cool, clean. Enthusiastic enthusiastic staff. The restaurant has many delicious dishes. If I have the opportunity, I still choose thanh nam hotel.
