The security guards here are extremely disrespectful and untrue to customers. At 10am of the morning of June 17, 2020 I went to this branch, already sunny, if I did not lead the car to the guests, I would laugh and stand in the shade pointing the guests. This is not the first time I've ever done that. I show my attitude with a jaw. When I got out, the guard laughed again. Do not know the 2/4 branch side training for security or not? But let many people complain with extremely frustrating attitude. But I am a girl, if I do not drive the car to the customer, I will stop laughing. Probably never came back to this branch, when these 2 young men were security guards.

The new and disrespectful security guard has swore at the customers, this attitude has made them beaten on the day.

Service ok, fast.

Female employees Chinese name, fat people have very aggressive attitude with customers. People need to transfer money because the family hurriedly threatened to return home. When people send home to wait nearly 3 hours to call back not to transfer, find out the name. I have to call another employee, they only take 5 minutes.
