first.nMy car is running, the key has dropped so the engine has not been turned off yet. I came, they let it lie there to play, but they didn't support me to turn off the phone.nI understand who comes first. But they did not have a common father, no one cried. At least they should come and help me turn off the machine. Leaving your car running is dangerous because it could be robbed if you get off the truck or let the tank dry for a while.nSo I have no choice but to keep the car in the sun at 12 noon 40 degrees and wait for them for nearly 30 minutes they still ignore me ??? Do you want to get out of work?nn2. Poor workmanship. There is a drive that does not finish, it takes nearly 30 minutes and still has not finished hitting the key for an electric bicycle (I watched them build another bike)nn3. There is a place more recently repaired oke more, enthusiastic skilled craftsmen. I recommend going to the place to fix the Han key (Search google is out). It only took them 5 minutes to rebuild 2 car keys for themselves.nn1. Avoid this place at all cost. Service is terrible. Workers skill are also terrible.nIf you don't want to wait for ages and get nothing done then avoid this place at all cost.nIf they are on a busy day (Similar to what happened to me when I come to their place) they will just ignore you and act like you are not there so that you can get the heck out of their place.nThey let me stay in the 40 degree heat for about 30 and didn't even talk to me and ask about my problem. My motobike's key accidently got loose and falled to the ground and I lost it in the middle of the road so I come to their place seeking for help. I understand that first come first serve rule but consider my circumstand where my bike can't turn off they should have first help me to turn it off. But they just ignore me and let the bike with engine on for about 30 minutes. Finally I cannot stand the heat both outside and anger inside me so I decided to take my business elsewhere.nn2. Their workers skill are terrible that's why they have a long line. Cause the workers take more than 30 minutes to make a key for an electronic bike .... Or they intend to make it slow like that cause they are freakin lazy and don't want to work too hard when the wages stay the same.nn3. I would recommend another place for key missing or anything related to lock. It is nearby this place the place called Han Lock Shop, the owner is friendly and has amazing skill. He helped me make a new set of key in just 5 mins (O.O) yeah I know. Compare to all the drama I have been thought, If I know it beforehand I would just skip this terrible place fron the beginning.nnNote: I feel like it doesn't even deserve the 1 star for the rating.

This is a locker place that I like very much, the way of making the lock is very professional, the price is good, the staff is enthusiastic and fun.
