I would not recommend this place to anybody.nnWhile cashing out, I handed my usd to the cashier to change to dong. For some reason the cashier gave the money to the other cashier who in turn gave the money to my friend who was unaware they had added my money in with him.nnAlthough highly unprofessional this would not have been an issue as my friend quickly realised and gave me the money they gave him. We quickly realised they had left us short 10 usd. I know this may seem petty but the cash out was only for 35. So in affect they took a substantial amount of that.nnWhile talking to the manager and after checking cctv it was obvious the club was in the wrong but the club bitterly defended its practise of not only intentionally swapping money behind the desk and giving it to another person but also of stealing our money.nnThey took no responsibility for any of their actions but were also incredibly rude throughout the entire process.nnI’m sure these guys are nice when your loosing but I would not go to this place if you plan on cashing out.
