Fusion Resort Cam Ranh

Very spacious rooms and overall area. The beach is nice, sand is very smooth. Staff are nice. Spa is big.nnThe minus points are old and low-quality materials in the rooms and food (maybe due to pandemic time).

A beautifull resort.nSuitable for family and young people, who want to relax. Services are great, I am pleasure with their staff (So friendly). Dinner food are delicious but breakfast is not really special

Overall is pretty good. The only complaint is about the food.nBreakfast is not so variety, especially the nuts are a bit old, not crispy at all.nSmall amount of seafood in dinner buffet. Luckily we were at the restaurant in the beginning so we can take 1 round of seafood and no more. There was not enough staffs at the outdoor grill to fill in the seafood. Just 1 or 2 people take the seafood and then no more again... People get in long line waiting for grill seafood and stuck there. Yes the price for dinner is reasonable but it's not the reason to have lack of food. You have should increased the price to upgrade the quality as well as quantity.

I would truly love to give this resort 5 stars. The staff were extremely kind, hospitable and gracious, especially Mr. SANG at the restaurant and his staff, wonderful people!! Also, beautiful villa with private pool and massive rooms, great spa treatments! Unfortunately I believe this resort has changed a lot since COVID-19 hit. We have been a few times before, and the overall feel of it now is tired and worn-down. The staff are valiantly trying to keep the allure up, but there are a few major detractors. Seems understaff, and housekeeping at times didn’t come until 7pm. There is only one restaurant open, with one menu highly catered to local appetites, and very little detox or health-oriented options. If you’re staying here more than two days the food options run out quickly! The largest problem is that single-use plastic water bottles are served EVERYWHERE. Gross. On a beach resort, seaside? Vietnam has plenty of other options that are not plastic. We did not use any of the bottles and instead filled our reusable metal bottles up at the bar, which they were gracious enough to do every time for us. If we had used plastic bottles we would have gone through 35+ bottles!!!!! Imagine that’s only one villa, on one resort in one city. The waste is outrageous. Another small detail includes the upholstery in the villa needing a deep cleaning. Overall a lovely stay and we hope the Fusion makes it through the COVID-19 era with some adjustments and improvements.
